I bought a silk pijama and after little use it ripped on the side, the colour has changed, the quality is really bad, I tried to sent an email to hello€intimissimi.com, however the email return as delivery has failed

This is very bad customer service and low quality items, I bought one silk pajamas site at when I visited New York at 08/18/2022, at 08/24/2022 when I wear it first time, the pans broke on the side , I call the shop , I call customer service number 8555642408 few times and I emailed many times, I can’t get any help from the customer service, all the response are from machine answer , since I have to flight to the New York City for the return or exchange , I am so disappointing about the item and the customer service. I am still waiting, I don’t know how long they are taking care of my broken pans.
EDIT : They say I should email them.
I DID EMAIL!!!! The customer service told me I should go to the physical shop if I want to do exchange or return, when I contacted through the customer service email address: hello@intimissimi So basically I should fly to the New York City again ,because we don’t have their shop where I live!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!
They just don’t care

The products look nice, but the quality is terrible, at least for the silk products. The silk is not a good quality silk, it tears very fast. I bought a silk pyjama set and it month, after using it a few time, it came apart at the seams, even though it was my size. The same thing hapened with a silk camisole... :( So no, just lost money...

I just bought many stuff from a shop in Spain for 244€ and I did come back the day after to claim the tax refund 42€ they did not want to give it , they said the system doesn’t allow to give it later . I was very very desappointed . Could you please see how I can claim it . I’m leaving tomorrow . Thanks in advance

Awful company! I’ve ordered bridal lingerie for my wedding morning and it never arrived. Customer service consultant was sending same templates to every single question. Refused to help me and told to WAIT. I mean. What??? My wedding was in 3 days and she said WAIT. Maybe that consultant can postpone her wedding because of the missing parcel.. it’s awful. I would never recommend to order from them. They just don’t care

-Original Order Placed 12/07/22. Total £79.00
-WRONG ITEMS were received 2 weeks later.
-Got in contact on multiple occasions and received no helpful reply, except for fill in the returns form on website (WHICH DOESNT EVEN EXIST BY THE WAY), and sent items back and then you will receive a refund 2 weeks after they have been processed in our warehouse. No apology, explanation.. anything.
- I provided photographs of what I received and sent items back.
- £16.50 refunded on 30/08/22...£16.50!!!!!!!!!! .....over a month later......
- WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON ....!!!!


Original Review - The worst experience. God forbid they mess up your order - it becomes your problem. If you want your money back YOU have to run errands for the company that messed up and waste a lot of time and energy with absolutely zero compensation or apology. Never again ...THINK AGAIN BEFORE ORDERING.

Terrible service. I ordered about 8 things from the sale. They quickly took my money and then never sent the goods. It is nearly a month since I ordered. I had to chase on several occasions and eventually I have recieved an email to say I will get a refund but no apology or rationale. I would not recommend.

Bad customer service. I have been waiting for a month for my refund and don't get any useful responses to my emails. Having to constantly chase up only to be told that the return is lost even though I never picked it up from the newsagents it was delivered to in the first place. Definitely would not advise ordering from here.

Every time I enter intermissii I’m excited to have Nikki help me . Her smile, and knowledge of her stores merchandise makes it easy for me to buy the nicest lingerie for my body type and style.
I strongly suggest Nikki if you’re like me where you want real traditional service and experience.

Ordered an item and the tracking system seems to not be accurate. Is been a week in shipped status or so on.
and when you try to send a customer service message system give you an error. I wish I been reading the reviews first.
